Our Team Information

CONGRATULATIONS!

We are excited that you have taken the first-step in making a career decision in an industry that can provide you with a working environment that allows energetic, driven people to become very successful.

Unfortunately, September 11, 2001 and the current economy of 2009 are periods that has changed this country in many ways. Ways which businesses operate, make decisions about bottom lines and the loyalty to their employees. Recent news articles have shared how employees which have been laid off from dot com and travel industries. These bright, enthusiastic people are turning their careers towards stable, economy correction proof career fields. Teaching and health care sectors are just a few, while most importantly, they are making sure their new employment partner has the management, the vision, and a complete package which eliminates the pains of the roller coaster ride they just left.

Are you tired of hearing how low the stock market dropped today? Are you ready to be involved in an industry that always succeeds no matter what the economy is doing? Then it is time you really consider a career move to Our Team.

We have found our niche in the construction industry which is damage repair and replacement from major hail storms and hurricanes. Trust us, there are hail storms every year in most states and hurricanes in the other. Currently, we have regional offices in, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Houston, Austin, and Miami Florida. We are expecting to expand to at least one additional northern region this spring.

We provide a service which every homeowner that has hail damage needs. We train our sales staff to work with the homeowners by providing accurate assessment of the damage on their roofs, siding and gutters. The basic steps for this is as follows:

    1) We advertise “Free Hail Damage Assessments” which puts you in front of a homeowner to professionally assess their home damage needs. This provides you the opportunity to sell them on you and Our Team. We provide each salesperson with professional knowledge and other needed tools to accomplish this. We assist you in learning and applying our proven program.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, WE ARE NOT A HIGH PRESSURED SALES PROGRAM!

    2) If there is damage, you will help them file an insurance claim if they haven’t already.

    3) Your next step is to meet with the Insurance Adjuster at the home and complete the claim process with them. We provide you with common industry-wide used forms to complete the insurance claim process. Our Sales Managers will assist you with complete pricing for all materials and labor to assure accurate contract rates.

    4) You will turn in a completed and signed contract to the Sales Manager for a final sign-off which will then go to our Production Manager to schedule the job.

    5) As soon as the job starts, your responsibility is to spot check the Sub-Contractors and make sure that everything you promised the Homeowner is completed. Success comes from promising so much, yet delivering more!

    6) The final step is collecting the money from the Insurance Company which we have a program in place that expedites this.

We believe in rewarding a Salesperson for their work and complete effort to assure each Homeowner receives a satisfied completed job. Our compensation works as follows:

For the first 20 contracts, a salesperson will receive 30% commission of the gross profit of the completed and collected contract. Currently, our contracts are averaging about $11,000 each. We will use this figure as an example for the following. Our average gross profit is 40% of the contract amount. This means you would receive $1,320 for this contract.

After a salesperson has completed their first 20 contracts demonstrating profitability, ability to manage their jobs, shows a complete understanding of the full cycle, and has that enthusiastic desire to succeed, their commission is increased to a 40% commission of the gross profit. After a salesperson has sold, built and collected their first million dollars, they are now increased to 50% commission of the gross profit.

We know a dedicated salesperson will sell 50 to 75 contracts their first year. Do the math:

    40 jobs earning (30% commission) $1,320 each totals: $ 52,800

    55 jobs earning (40% commission) $1,760 each totals: $ 96,800

    Imagine earning $96,200 this year?

    You can do this!

. This is a very conservative goal. The reason we state this is because most Salespeople will average 70 to 90 contracts each year. That means a first year Salesperson is making between $98,000 to $126,000 annually.

We are not creating unreachable blue sky for anyone. However, you will work for your commissions. Most Homeowners like to meet with Salespeople when they get home from work. This means working late. During the day, a successful Salesperson will start early to spot check their contracts that are having work done by Contractors. Also, a salesperson will have some follow-up with Insurance Companies. Saturdays is the best day of the week for a Salesperson to meet with Homeowners. A truly successful salesperson starts early and stops late in a sales job.

We have testimonies from salespeople who have made sure their Homeowners are satisfied with their completed jobs. Then you will find the beauty of a job well done. These customers will refer you over and over to their neighbors, family and friends. We have Salespeople who have completed over 30 additional contracts from just one satisfied customer.

During the first four weeks, you will have classroom and in the field training:

Low pressure selling techniques that can provide high closing percentages to help you close the sale

A daily check list, a weekly planner to map you to success not failure

How to determine hail damage with additional collateral damage
The in’s and out’s of the roofing business

    Safety procedures

    Dealing with Insurance Company Adjusters

    Seeing your job built

    Quality Control, Destiny Control

    Collecting the money

We know that a salesperson will need reliable transportation. As each home will need to be inspected, your transportation must be able to safely carry a ladder. Most salespeople use late model pick-up trucks.

Do you like winters off? As the weather in Illinois, Minnesota, and Nebraska is a true four season climate, most of our contractors stop in early December and then start back up in early March. This allows the sales staff to go back home to visit family, friends and enjoy some of the money they made the previous year.

Maybe you do not feel that you have the confidence to sell our services. We strongly urge you to think this through. We had a car salesman from Colorado sold over $800,000 in his first 5 months. We have the training to help you succeed, not fail. Our mission statement for success is to see you succeed!

In closing, this brief overview should answer most of your basic questions, yet we encourage you to make a list of your questions, then feel free to call us to discuss this in detail.

We are looking forward to having you on Our Team!
