Who Is Our Team

Our Company was founded in 1985 by Bruce and Wanda Hollingsworth. They are actively involved in the daily management of the company. The Hollingsworth Family is not new to the Storm Damage Restoration business. Bruce and Wanda have been involved in the insurance restroration business since 1979.



Bruce Hollingsworth understands the meaning of hard work. As a high school student, he worked as a photographer and did advertising for his dads hometown newspaper. After leaving the newspaper business he went to work for a large commercial printing company, where he learned how to market and systtem a business, after five years, he went into the roofing business. He quickly achieved tremendous success because he applied the basic principal of any profitable business..... "roll up your shirt sleeves and get the job done."



When speaking to Bruce and Wanda, you will find the company goal is the same today as it was 30 years ago. Every Salesperson is taught to "just build one good roof!" They will concentrate on repairing/replacing just one good roof at a time. In turn that Homeowner will refer Our Team over and over and over to their friends and neighbors.
